Clinic Overview
The San Xavier Health Center (SXHC) is part of a larger campus that also includes Tucson Area IHS administrative, environmental health, and engineering offices. SXHC provides outpatient primary care to Tohono O’odham members and other eligible American Indians, with an emphasis on coordinated specialty services and family-centered care.

San Xavier Health Center is located in the San Xavier District of the Tohono O’odham reservation, off Interstate 19 at Exit 92 (San Xavier Road), approximately 10 miles south of downtown Tucson.
